Descrição da Vaga

• Define brand strategies for FY and 5 year plan Build presentation to approve brand strategies (for FY and 5 year plan) with MKT director, General manager and Global team;
• Review strategies according to bussiness Assure synergies through brands in the same categories Align strategy with stakeholders (Trade, R&D, Agencies, Financial team;
• Define new markets opportunities for local brands Follow up on brand P&L and be accountable;
• Define pool of agencies that will participate on the bidding, approve briefings and participate on meeting with agencies;
• Approve and alight brand position or updates with MKT director and GM Alight strategies with Global brand team;
• Approve communication agency briefings, participate in meetings with agencies to alight strategies, approve assets and make sure it’s all alight with brand position and brandbook;
• Approve brand KV for campaigns and trade POS Present, approve and alight communication strategy and main assets with MKT director and GM Manage campaign shooting with agencies, approve and alight with MKT director and GM, follow up on campaigns results to review strategy;
• Approve communication agency briefings, participate in meetings with agencies to alight strategies, approve press releases and make sure it’s all alight with brand position and brandbook, approve and alight PR + activation plans with MKT director and GM;
• Support team on organizing gate presentation and approve content Review P&L and innovation financials Approve briefings and participate in meetings with agencies;
• Approve briefings and participate in meetings with fragrances houses, participate in meeting with project team;
• Approve innovation project schedule and alight with MKT director, give support to analyses, approve product concept and alight with MKT director and GM;
• Ensure grown plan of team Help organizer trainings and workshops Review extra hours from analyst team that reports directly to me Build job description;
• Participate on SLT meetings Present brand and strategies to new Coty employees (on bording);
• Approve brands research calendar Define pool of agencies that will participate on the bidding;
• Approve briefings and participate on meeting with agencies Review and approve materials;
• Review Nielsen analyses with my direct reports and give insights to the analyses Help MKT team with presentations to trade MKT team in order to review plans and strategies Support pre-demand review building blocks together with trade MKT team;
• Ensure weekly meeting with trade category team to review plans, brand activation on the POS Develop innovation go to market strategies together with trade MKT team;
• Follow up on trade MKT plans to assure synergies with MKT communication campaings Align with trade MKT team the promotional Packs that needs to be done to support category business;
• Define promotion packs and follow up promopack project with MKT team;
• Participate in sales meetings Built presentation and present it the sales team (about brand strategies, innovation and/or market updates)
• Approve and help organize sales kit.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing;
• Fluent English;
• Marketing background;
• Know how in Brand strategy;
• Innovation pipeline;
• Media plan and price strategy
